How can I check the declarations?
To consult the declarations of a specific person (declarant)
Enter one or more of the requested data and click the Search button. The system will present the results of your query with the basic information of each declaration. If you wish, click the buttons in the Download column to download the files you require.
To consult the declarations by period
In the Date of publication field, select the period you want to consult (from when and until when) and click the Search button. The system will present the results of your query with the basic information of each declaration. If you wish, click the buttons in the Download column to download the files you require.
PLEASE NOTE THAT the system allows you to cross-query. For example: you can query all the returns of a person or entity in a specific period using the corresponding fields.
What information will I find in the results?
In the results of your search you will find the following information: Declarant: name or company name and identity document number of the person declaring; Entity: on which the declarant registers his possible conflicts of interest; Position/Contractor: position of the declarant in the indicated entity, or if he is a contractor in it; Publication type: if the declaration is Income, Retirement, Periodic or Other (Law 2013 of 2019); Declaration number: number and version of the statement, and version that corrects/modifies; Publication date: date on which the declarant published the declaration and Declaration Status: Completed or Under review.
The Finalizado status indicates that the regulated entity selected its Entity and Position from the lists available in the system; En revision indicates that the Entity or the Position were filled out by the regulated entity and the Administrative Department of the Civil Service will verify the information recorded to specify its legal validity before marking the record with status Finalizado.
REMEMBER THAT: By virtue of the principle of good faith, it is presumed that the information provided by the subjects bound by Law 2013 of 2019 is true and, therefore, is of legal use until it is distorted with the mechanisms enshrined in the current legal system.
