Enter the type and number of identity document and the system will send you to the email associated with your account a link to register the new password. For security reasons, this link will only be active for the 15 minutes after it is sent. If you cannot activate it within that time, request it again through this same option.

Remember to check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email with the link does not arrive, inform it to soporteaplicativointegridad@funcionpublica.gov.co, indicating your full name, type and number of identity document and contact cell phone.
